2. What data we process
This website has no forms, user registration, newsletter, or analytics or advertising tools. We only process:
- The data you provide when you write to our email address: name, email address, organisation and the content of your message.
- The data you provide when booking a meeting through Google's appointment calendar: name, email address and the chosen date and time.
- Technical connection data (such as the IP address) that hosting servers record automatically to serve the website and keep it secure.
We do not request special categories of data. Please do not include them in your messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering enquiries and information requests: legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and, where the enquiry concerns a service, pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing booked meetings: pre-contractual steps requested by you (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing relationships with clients, partner organisations and Erasmus+ projects: performance of the contract or collaboration agreement (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal, tax and reporting obligations towards funding bodies (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Security and technical operation of the website: legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making. We do not send commercial communications without your prior consent.
4. Recipients and technology providers
We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or where necessary for a project you take part in (for example, funding bodies or partners in an Erasmus+ project). We work with these providers, acting as processors:
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace): email and appointment calendar.
- Web hosting provider: serving and securing the website.
- Google (Google Fonts): the website's fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive the browser's IP address.
5. International transfers
Some providers belong to groups based in the United States and may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention periods
- Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship: as long as needed to answer them and at most one year.
- Client and project data: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods and those required by tax law and Erasmus+ programme rules.
- Technical server logs: the limited period set by the hosting provider.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@go-ia.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. Where necessary, we may ask for information to verify your identity. We will reply within one month.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
8. Complaints
If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Security and changes
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this policy to reflect legal or website changes; the date of the last update appears at the top.
